COCKTAIL

Let Pazzo Pompelmo set the tone. Subtle, smooth, with the finesse of fresh grapefruit, a hint of agave, a delicate dance of olive oil and gin tying it all together.
INGREDIENTS

20 ml fresh grapefruit

10 ml agave syrup
-
1 teaspoon Pazzo di Pozzo olive oil
-
A pinch of salt
-
Half an egg white
-
45 ml dry gin
-
Freshly ground pepper
HOW TO MAKE IT

Toss everything except the pepper in a shaker.

Add large ice cubes and shake it.

Strain into a (Nick & Nora) glass.
-
Finish with a crack of fresh pepper.
