I’m CRAZY about Pozzo! A forgotten corner of Umbria, where the sun shines as fiercely as the fire in my eyes. The olives hang heavy and rich on the trees, and I crush them with my bare hands into pure, unfiltered extra virgin olive oil.
Pozzo lies in a wild, sun-soaked patch of Italy. where THE olives are BORN IN THE DIRT AND HEAT OF THE HILLS.
