our story

Welcome to madness in a tin. We’re Pazzo di Pozzo, where olives have stories, and oil drips with adventure. Born in Pozzo, the village of wells, we’ve bottled a bit of chaos and a whole lot of heart.

It started with a wild idea: buy a house in Umbria. No plan, just a dream. By October 2024, we were knee-deep in olives, armed with rakes, enormous nets, and a gut feeling that this was our kind of crazy. We’ve got unruly trees, electric rakes, and nets big enough to catch dreams (or olives, whatever comes first). Oh, and cocktails, always cocktails in the grove.

The oil? It’s smooth, fresh, and spicy enough to make you blush. Drizzle it on chocolate mousse, pair it with vanilla ice (trust us), or go classic and soak it up with fresh bread. It’s Umbria in a tin, made for the rest of the world, because nothing this good should stay hidden.

And our "Mad Man" mascot? He’s the spirit of Pazzo, daring us to live larger, dream wilder, and keep things deliciously unpredictable.
