Hand-picked, unfiltered and Umbrian to the bone. This batch has some time to breathe and settle, which means the flavour is exactly where it should be: round, full, green-fruity, with that familiar bitter edge and a soft peppery kick.

It’s the rested, matured version of our nuovo. Less wild than the fresh press, but incredibly reliable in the kitchen: the perfect all-rounder for cocktails, pasta, vegetables, desserts, and a daily pour over bread.

    ◦  If your bottle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
    ◦   Provide a photo of the damage along with your order details.
    ◦   For damaged goods, a refund or replacement will be issued after we verify the issue.
